HIGH PRESSURE SUCTION-FILTERING UNIT
The unit is designed to extract all kinds of industrial dust in the most demanding conditions. It is manufactured in the EX version and fitted with explosion protection.
Due to its high suction capacity (Ht = up to 10000 Pa), the unit may be installed in piping of up to 2 x 130 m of stable 120 mm diameter pipes.
The unit may be of stationary or mobile design and is fitted with an electro-pneumatic system to clean fixed filter bags with automatic control. Automatic cleaning of bags by means of compressed air (5–7 bar) is controlled by means of a special electronic programmer, with the settings to specify the optimal programme of cleaning to ensure high quality operation and durability of the unit. The duration of injecting compressed air into the filter bags is very short, from 0.016 to 0.1 second, with the unit in standstill. The duration of pauses between air jets is in the range of 10 to 250 seconds.
